A light blue wave block print layered over a painted beige circle - with painted rays in gold over top. Hung with a white oak dowel - curved fringe at the bottom. 15" wide x 28" long - white oak dowel is 18.5"

A great way to add texture and color to your walls! It can be hung with two thumb tacks under both sides of the rod or with one thumb tack and a string. String is included but can be removed.
