Founded in 2004 in Los Angeles by chocolatier Valerie Gordon and partner Stan Weightman Jr., Valerie Confections was quickly recognized as one of the top artisan confectioners in the country.

Crunchy Crispy: A playful collab with Jon & Vinny’s, this 38% milk chocolate bar is layered with crisp feuilletine, inspired by classic Italian wafer cookies.

Durango: Darkened milk chocolate with roasted almonds, cocoa nibs and smoked salt.

Hot Good Mix: A spicy-sweet bar featuring 61% chocolate with almonds, sesame, raisins, fleur de sel, paprika, and chile.

Rice & Sesame: Rich creamy milk chocolate is complemented by toasted rice, black sesame seeds and soy salt.
